Ten cent military payment certificates from the series of 461 are fairly common. They were all printed by the Tudor Press in Boston, Massachusetts. The front of each note reads “for use only in united states military establishments by united states authorized personnel in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.” These are mostly very common and affordable today.
