Based on the fact that over 7 million series 471 ten cent military payment certificates were printed, you can imagine that they are relatively common. This denomination, like all others from the 471 series, were printed by Tudor Press. Their design is relatively simple. The colors on the front are pink, blue, and black. It has text that says “for use only in united states military establishments by united states authorized personnel in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.”
